We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run a safe teen marketplace.
What we collect
Your email address, display name, username, optional bio, optional public contact email, and (for sellers) your age range and verification status. We also store the listings, favorites and reports you create.
What is public
Your display name, username, bio, avatar, verification badge and active listings are public. Your account email is private — only the contact email you choose to publish is shown to buyers.
What stays private
Verification details, guardian contact information and reports you submit are visible only to you and our moderation team.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: show listings, let buyers contact sellers, review reports, and keep under-age or unsafe activity off the platform. We do not sell your data.
Safety records
Moderation actions and reports are logged so decisions can be reviewed and appealed. These logs are kept even if a listing is removed.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings at any time and update your profile from your account page. To delete your account and personal data, contact support@teentrade.app.
Parents and guardians
If you are the parent or guardian of a seller under 16 and want information removed, email guardians@teentrade.app and we will act promptly.
